ActiveIdM is a recognized industry expert in Microsoft 365 (M365), Azure, and Microsoft Identity and Access Management including Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM/FIM). ActiveIdM has provided security and identity management solutions for many clients operating in legal, transportation, apparel, food, construction, financial, and health care spaces as well as state and federal government offices.

US Commercial Airline
A US commercial airline was looking to further expand its security posture by implementing Microsoft’s Information Protection (MIP) suite, which includes Azure Information Protection and Unified Labeling.
With MIP, administrators can configure policies to empower users to classify, label, and protect data based on its sensitivity. MIP also provided the ability for users to securely send documents with encryption that prevents unintended recipients from opening them.
M365 / Intune
International Foodservice Supplier
An international foodservice supplier had security concerns about corporate data being accessed from personal devices. ActiveIdM leveraged Microsoft Intune to provide a reliable and secure work place where employees could access the data that they needed while allowing administrator to keep control of corporate data.
Intune allowed tight integration with Office 365 applications on mobile devices, provided data protection on mobile devices, prevents corporate data from being forwarded via email, and more.
Microsoft Identity Manager 2016
International Construction Company
A rapidly growing US-based construction company needed to implement an identity management system for nearly 10,000 employees spanning three continents.
This implementation required that the identity management system integrate with a proprietary HR application, SolarWinds, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Office 365. This client also needed the ability to have acquisitions managed in a plug-and-play manner, providing the ability for the solution to manage users in acquired companies without software changes.

Vacation Ownership Club
ActiveIdM worked with a vacation ownership club to deliver a solution for improving their security using Azure Active Directory, Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS) offerings. This positioned the client for automated identity and access management using Azure.
The client already owned a mix of M365 E3, Office365 E3/E5, and several M365 E5 trial licenses. The assignment of the Enterprise Mobility Suite (EMS) provided access to Azure AD premium features, enhanced identity and access management, identity protection, and more.
